IN PERSON TRAINING
One on One In Person Training consists of 1 Hour sessions that are conducted Downtown Toronto or Via Zoom. I would recommend starting with three times per week. If you are able to complete all three workouts two weeks in a row - then add a fourth. Sometimes when you take on too much in the beginning it can be overwhelming.

It is more important than most people think. You must feed your body the right nutrients to be able to build and maintain muscle. I advise all of my clients to track their meals and also try to meal prep to avoid over and under eating which can both take results off the table.

Starting each workout with proper stretching and dynamic warm ups. I also advise using foam rollers to help with any tight muscles.
